Tropical Ambrosia

I just kind of made this up so I do not know the exact measurements. It was really delicious though so I thought I would post it.

We used to make ambrosia at every holiday with oranges and grapes and sour cream (some times cool whip….yuk!)and coconut ect…. This reminded me of that but MUCH better!

Mix together the following and chill!

Fresh Mango cut into very small pieces

Fresh Papaya cut into very small pieces

Fresh Pineapple cut into small chunks.

Add a handful of chopped pecans and a handful of organic unsweet coconut flakes and then add about 2 tablespoons of Organic Creme Fraiche ( purchased at Trader Joes) and stir. My family loved it!
