I got this sauce from Natural Foods warehouse.(http://bonesuckin.com) I bought ribs from Trader Joe’s and used a Pamper Chef stone baking dish and lid bowl to seal the ribs in the oven and cooked them on convection for about an hour and a half. This sauce is one of the few BBQ sauces with no sugar and it is gluten free and grain free. The ribs were delicious. I paired it with hot bacon cole slaw. I used the dry rub from this brand as well but then realized it had brown sugar in it.I have made my own rub before so that is what I will use in the future. Here is a good recipe for one:
1 cup salt
1 cup paprika
1 cup ground black pepper
1 cup cumin
1 cup Ancho chile powder
I think this rub with this sauce added on later would be a great combination.
