Another good day of grain free dairy free living.

Our family did exceptionally well today on this new diet. I did make the brownie recipe from below and Collin is really “nutty” tonight so I don’t know if something did not agree with him, but they are delicious. However they do have some sugar so you have to decide if you would eat those or not. If you do, do it in moderation for sure.

Anyway, we were all really happy with dinner too so I listed it below. It felt like it took forever to make but I had many interruptions. I cut the recipe in half and it made PLENTY of food. I left out the wine as I did not have white wine and the sauce was still great! I would make this sauce recipe again and freeze it for future use. I think the meat portion of the recipe would make good meat loaf .Here it is: Meatballs with Slightly Spicy Marinara Sauce

The sauce is one of the best I ever tasted and having the spaghetti squash as a substitute to spaghetti made no difference.

    Great meal
